Products and Services

Parts Availability

  • All parts listed are subject to availability
  • We source parts from Korean suppliers and inventory may change
  • Listed parts are examples; we can source most Korean heavy equipment parts on request

Condition Descriptions

  • New - Genuine OEM or quality aftermarket, unused
  • Reconditioned - Professionally rebuilt, tested, with warranty
  • Used - Inspected secondhand parts, sold as-is unless noted

  • All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated
  • Prices are subject to change without notice
  • Final pricing provided in formal quotes

Orders and Payment

Quote Process

  1. Submit your requirements via our quote form or contact us directly
  2. We provide pricing, availability, and shipping options
  3. Orders confirmed upon payment receipt

Payment Terms

  • Payment required before shipping
  • We accept bank wire transfer, PayPal, Western Union
  • Letter of Credit available for large orders

Shipping

International Shipping

  • We ship worldwide via air freight, sea freight, and courier
  • Shipping costs calculated based on weight, dimensions, and destination
  • Customer responsible for import duties and taxes

Delivery Times

  • Air freight: 3-7 business days
  • Sea freight: 2-6 weeks depending on destination
  • Express courier: 2-5 business days

Returns and Warranty

Return Policy

  • Returns accepted within 30 days for unused parts in original packaging
  • Customer pays return shipping unless we made an error
  • Electrical and special-order parts may be non-returnable

Warranty

  • New parts: Manufacturer warranty applies
  • Reconditioned parts: 6-12 month warranty depending on part type
  • Used parts: 90-day warranty unless sold as-is

Warranty Exclusions

  • Improper installation or use
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage from accidents or misuse

Limitation of Liability

Korea Parts Export is not liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages
  • Lost profits or business interruption
  • Damages exceeding the purchase price of the part

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes shall be resolved in Korean courts.
